After time off from her worldwide tour supporting the release of Replaced, Kate McGill decided that she wanted to pursue a collaborative project with her friends Carl Jones and Daniel Broadley. In late 2013, the trio started demoing songs to put together an extended play. Quartzite Records signed the band due to their affiliation with McGill, and soon hit the studio to record final versions of their demos.
The self-titled EP is due to be released to iTunes and other digital outlets on April 22, 2014. It will be preceded by a lead single titled "I've Got You," which will be released digitally and serviced to radio formats on February 11, 2014.
