"X FACTOR" RUNNER-UP SIGNED, PREPARES DEBUT

After coming in second place on the second season of "The X Factor," runner-up Julianne Houser has signed with Elleven Records to release her debut album, Tightrope, on Tuesday, June 4, 2013. The lead single from the album, the title track, "Tightrope," will be released to Pop and Adult Contemporary radio on February 26, 2013.
"The show ['The X Factor'] gave me such a great learning experience on working hard, facing rejection and criticism, and learning what and what not to do as a progressive artist. I hope that my fans enjoy this debut and see what they enjoyed from me from the show. I can't wait to get out and start promoting the show and touring!"
